The Strength School

The Strength School Mission

To help reduce the growing obesity and declining activity levels of kids within the UK, by building confidence with movement patterns, educating them how to improve their understanding of strength, health & fitness and inspiring them to maintain an active life as they get older.

What We Do

  • Increase Strength

Help reduce injuries, promote healthy bones and muscular development, and improve self-confidence and self-esteem with weight training

  • Improve Movement

Help young people move freely and easily through a full range of motion with good form which that is essential for performing daily activities & sports

  • Make Training Fun

Engage and excite kids to want to come back and continue their training by giving them the confidence and motivation to succeed.
