Most summer camps keep kids busy. This one makes them better. FM Strength Club's Summer Camp at Grey Court is a structured, coached programme designed specifically for 11–14 year olds — whether they play sport every week or haven't trained a day in their life.
Every morning runs in Grey Court's dedicated S&C suite with access to the outdoor field for speed and games sessions. Real equipment, real coaching, and a genuine environment where every kid — sporty or not — finishes the week feeling stronger and more capable.
Small groups are capped at 16 so every athlete gets the attention they need. No one gets lost in the crowd.

Every session blends strength, speed, skill, and fun — so athletes develop across the board, not just in one area.
Strength Fundamentals
Squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries — taught from scratch using age-appropriate loads and technique-first coaching.
Speed, Agility & Games
Outside on the field. Sprint mechanics, change of direction, competitive games, and team challenges that make conditioning feel like play.
Athletic Skills
Landing, jumping, throwing, sprinting — the physical foundations that carry over to every sport and every movement in daily life.
Challenges & Fun
Leaderboards, team competitions, and end-of-week challenges. Effort is celebrated, improvement is tracked, and nobody gets left behind.

Comfortable trainers suitable for both gym and outdoor use, sports kit, a water bottle, and lunch or snacks for the break. No specialist equipment is needed — everything for the training sessions is provided.
Most of our campers haven't. The whole programme is built around teaching from scratch in a fun, age-appropriate way. We start with the basics, build technique before load, and make sure every session is accessible regardless of experience level. Beginners often progress the most.

Absolutely. The programme is designed to complement existing sport participation. Strength, speed, and movement fundamentals improve performance across every sport — and many of our most engaged campers are those already competing in football, rugby, athletics, or other disciplines.

Grey Court School, Ham Street, Ham, Richmond, TW10 7HN. The camp uses the school's dedicated S&C suite for strength sessions and the outdoor field for speed, agility, and games. Drop-off and pick-up details will be confirmed with all registered families ahead of the first session.
