Here's what we're really about.
Kids don't do what you tell them. Most of the time…
They do what they see and continue to do what they find fun and like.
If your kids grow up watching you look after yourself — training, moving, staying strong, enjoying it — that becomes normal to them. It's just what our family does. And they carry it with them, long after they've left home.
So we work both ends. We help you, the parent, get strong and healthy in a way that fits round a busy life — no miserable workouts, no all or nothing. And we work with your kids in our strength clubs, teaching them skills, strength and a genuine love of training from as young as year 4, right through to adulthood.
