The Youth Strength Club is a small group training session designed to help young people build strength, move better, and develop all round athleticism that carries over to any sport and everyday life.

Unlike typical PE or club sessions that focus mostly on sport drills, our sessions go deeper into the physical foundations that make great athletes:

  • Strength and stability

  • Sprint technique and change of direction

  • Jumping, landing, and plyometric skills

  • Speed, agility, and movement control

With smaller groups and more focused coaching time, each athlete gets the attention and guidance they need to move safely, train effectively, and build confidence that lasts well beyond the weight room.

Whether they play football, rugby, tennis, or simply want to get stronger and fitter, every session supports their long-term athletic development in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
