You can expect no ego training in a non judgemental environment. We want everybody who comes to be able to be their best on the day.

All sessions follow our philosophy of strength first. You will be encouraged and challenged appropriately to become stronger, build muscle and leave feeling amazing. All sessions are programmed to progress over time.

YES! This is personal training not group exercise. Each member will follow a carefully designed progressive programme and you will be coached every session you attend. We individualise everybodys programme by selecting appropriate exercise and loading in accordance with where their current level of strength and fitness is.

We operate a flexible online booking system. You can schedule your sessions weekly or in advance for up to 6 months. If you need to shift thing around - no problem. Just visit the app.

We operate a flexi booking system. You can reschedule sessions up to 2 hours before the session time. If you do not attend or not notify the coach then this the session will be charged.

We do not give nutritional coaching with this service. If you wish to speak about this we can arrange a chat.

Yes of course! I offer 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4 training sessions. Training with a friend or partner is actually really motivating and fun. It helps you both with your journey and works out to be much more affordable.

Each session will last no longer than 50 mins.

This is completely up to you and your ability to recover however, I recommend a minimum of 3 session per week. This does not have to be with us all the time. If you are confident in your training then you can build this into your current routine.
