We're excited to introduce a new Saturday morning Strength and Conditioning Club for boys and girls in school years 6-11.
A club designed to provide an engaging, safe, and supportive environment where youths can explore their fitness potential, improve their physical strength and boost their confidence!

We all have busy schedules so enjoy stress free training that fits around your work and family life with a flexible booking system.

Strength
Help prevent injury, promote healthy bones and muscular development, whilst increasing self-confidence and self-esteem.

Power
Developing explosiveness muscular power and strength through high-intensity, short-duration activities.

Speed
Train to develop an individual's ability to move quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining balance.

Mobility
Moving freely and easily through a full range of motion with good form which is essential for performing daily activities & sports
Important Information

Orleans Fitness Suite - Based at the back of the Sports Hall. We will meet all participants at the side access point of the fitness suite which you can find next to the sports field.

Sessions will be 1 hour in length.
School years 10&11 will start at 9am.
School years 8&9 will start at 10am.
School years 6&7 will start at 11am.

Appropriate training kit and footwear. In colder weather please ensure you where warmer clothes to and from the fitness suite. Each participant will be given a training t shirt.
