Deer Park Mixed Session Year 4-6

£60.00

The Strength Club runs mixed strength and movement sessions. Every session follows the same structure:

Learning skills, developing age appropriate strength, having fun and tackling challenges. Delivered in a rewarding environment.

They will work their way through the Gladiator Pathway: 5 progressive levels from Recruit to Titan, tracked in a personal logbook that follows them through their whole journey with us.

How we do it

We build the environment first, the training second.

That means small groups. Consistent coaches. A space where nobody is being compared to others or the strongest athlete or anyones older brother or sister.

We give kids a little of what they need, and a lot of what they want.

What they need is real, unstructured strength games which is disguised so the focus isn’t on the exercise.

What they want is fun, games, friends, and something to chase. Every session is built to deliver both - the strength games are progressive but it's wrapped in play. Kids leave saying "that was fun."

We challenge the high achievers. We support the ones still finding their feet. Nobody is bored. Nobody is left behind. Athlete of the Session is almost never the strongest kid in the room because effort is the currency here, not outcome.

It means we reward effort loudly and outcome quietly.

Sessions are game led, honest, and technical. We teach the movements every young athlete needs, whatever sport they play or don't play.

Every kid deserves to learn the Strength Club way.
